Technobot System recognizes that employees may need time off from work due to illness or injury. This policy outlines our sick leave policy, including eligibility, accrual, and use.
- Notify your supervisor: You should notify your supervisor as soon as possible if need to take sick leave. This allows the supervisor to plan for your absence and ensure that work is covered while you are not available.
- Provide reasonable notice: You should provide reasonable notice to your supervisor when taking sick leave, unless the need for leave is unforeseeable. This can help ensure that work is covered and that the absence does not cause undue disruption to the business.
- Follow company policy: You should familiarize yourself with the company's sick leave policy and follow the guidelines outlined in the policy. This can help ensure that the use of sick leave is consistent with company policy and avoids any potential disciplinary action.
- Provide medical documentation: If required by company policy or take more then 1 day off, you should provide medical documentation to support need for sick leave. This can help verify that you are genuinely ill or injured and is not abusing sick leave. Failed to do so will consider for further inspection.
- Use sick leave appropriately: You should use sick leave for its intended purpose - to take time off from work due to illness or injury. Sick leave should not be used for other purposes, such as personal time off or vacation time.
- Return to work when able: You should return to work as soon as able to do so. This helps ensure that work is covered and that the absence does not cause undue disruption to the business. Also immediately report your sick leave via Mail and make sure HR team approve it.
