- Work station: You have to properly set up your work station and have to submit photo when request for approval. Please refer workstation policy.
- Infrastructure: All working from home team member require making sure that they have proper infrastructure with Power Backup. Create a dedicated workspace in your home where you can focus on work and minimize distractions.
- Internet availability: Internet should be consistent and at lease having speed of 50MBPS. If you are working at senior position then make sure have two internet from different provider.
- Communicate regularly: Stay in regular communication with your colleagues and supervisors, using email, instant messaging, or video conferencing tools. This can help ensure that everyone is on the same page and can also help to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Stay organized: Use a Semsto, to help you stay on top of your work and prioritize tasks.

- Salary Compensation: As part of our commitment to maintaining flexibility while ensuring operational efficiency, the organization provides work-from-home (WFH) options under certain circumstances. However, it has been observed that, in some cases, granting WFH permissions to employees who are otherwise based in the office has led to a noticeable reduction in productivity. In line with this observation and to ensure fairness and accountability, an employee working from home demonstrates significantly reduced output or performance, the salary for that specific WFH day will be adjusted to 75% of the full-day pay. This adjustment reflects the organization's expectation that employees remain equally committed to delivering results regardless of their work location. WFH requests should be pre-approved by the reporting manager, and employees are expected to meet the same performance standards as on-site workdays. Persistent underperformance during WFH days may lead to a review of WFH eligibility. This approach aims to balance employee flexibility with the organization's productivity goals and uphold accountability across all work arrangements.
