At Technobot System, we care more about the results you get and the work you do than how many hours you spend at the company. If you can meet the requirements of your job by working flexible hours and not at regular times, and your manager is okay with that, then that fits into our culture of flexible work.
It does help, though, to be clear about what we expect from a typical work week. This way, everyone knows what is expected of them, and we can keep track of whether someone is consistently working a lot more or a lot less than these hours. It also helps us tell our clients what they can expect from us.
The standard working week at Aarvi Technology is forty-eight hours, which breaks down to roughly eight hours per day working and one hour for breaks. This should include at least one break of twenty minutes or more, which should be taken away from your computer.
Overtime
We expect you to be keeping track of your time and, if you are working regularly over these hours, and focus on work then you don’t required to do over time. So just stay focused and still if you fill that you are not able to complete work by working regular hours then ask him to do needful.
Reporting
You have to regularly maintain your task in Semsto. You have to make sure every week that you work for minimum hours. You have to provide detail description about all tasks on which you works. If your manage ask then you also have to give clarification on delayed tasks. Ensure that you are working according to the sprint’s allotted tasks, and if there is a possibility that backlog items will be overlooked, alert the management.
