We spent the most of our time in the office and with colleagues. We have established a couple of rules and regulations that all office employees must adhere to in order to increase productivity.
- All team members must adhere to the company's basic values of trust, care, and courage. Inform your manager if all these areas are not filling in properly.
- All office member need to follow all instruction provided by HR and Management.
- Team member need to be present in office on time.
- All phone must be on silent mode and if not urgent then ignore phone calls.
- Office Hours will be below Days: Monday-Saturday (Alternate Saturday will be off) Timing: 10:00AM-8:00PM Lunch Break: 1:00-2:00PM
- All team members will have to behave properly in office.
- No one is allowed to disclose his/her salary, if anyone finds to do so then disciplinary action will be taken.
- If any team member feels that a supervisor is not responding properly, then feel free to contact directly Management through Mail.
- If any flexibility given in working hours or any terms of SOP then need to renew it on first of every month in written.
- Have to take care of Intellectual property and follow all guidelines of NDA.
- Team member are not allowed to do any job or taking any freelancing assignment.
- Team member are not allowed to put any company's code in any open-source portal like GitHub, Bitbucket and Source Forge etc.
- All office operation should be manage through Semsto and should contain details about all tasks, meetings, requests, leaves, and interviews.
- Make sure to do effective communication with supervisors, manages, colleagues, clients and keep them informed about status of work.
