A candidate are eligibile for taking a leave’s as per below rule’s and regulation:-
- Candidates in the probationary period are not eligible for any form of paid leave, with the exception of festival holidays as officially announced by the company.
- The company officially provides a total of 12 paid leaves annually, which include 6 paid sick leaves and 6 casual leaves.
- Candidates planning to take leave for at least 6 consecutive days must provide prior notice at least 15 days in advance to both their team members and the HR department via email only.
- Candidates are required to announce planned leave at least 3 days in advance and submit their request to both their team members and the HR department via email only.
Holidays / Festivals leaves for an academic calender
The holiday schedule for festivals and other occasions will be outlined and announced at the beginning of the academic calendar year. These leaves are applicable to all employees as per the company policy.
