Phone Use Policy

The following policy outlines the acceptable use of personal and company-owned phones in the workplace. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors.

Lost or stolen company-owned phones must be reported immediately to the IT department.

All level L1 employee are allow to keep phone with them and rest of the team member have to put phone in phone wallet. During working hour use of any kind of social media or entertaining or news site is not allowed and strictly prohibited. We strictly restricted phone use during working hours but in case of emergency can attend phone by taking permission of supervisor.

This phone use policy is designed to ensure a productive and professional work environment, protect sensitive information, and maintain the security of company-owned phones and personal devices. Employees are expected to comply with this policy and to use personal and company-owned phones in a responsible and appropriate manner.
