What is a probationary period?

During the probationary period, your performance is evaluated to determine if you are a good fit for the position and the organisation. The standard probation period is three months, but it can be extended with mutual agreement if necessary.

What happens during the probationary period?

During the probationary period, you are expected to learn your job responsibilities, meet performance standards, and adapt to the company’s culture. Your performance is evaluated and closely monitored to determine if you are meeting expectations and if you will be retained after the probationary period.

Can an Technobot System terminate an employee during the probationary period?

Yes, TBS can terminate an employee during the probationary period if we determine that the employee is not a good fit for the job or the organization.

Can an employee resign during the probationary period?

Yes, an employee can resign during the probationary period if they decide the job is not a good fit for them or for other reasons. However, the employee should follow any applicable company policies regarding resignation and give proper notice.

How will I know if I'm doing well during probation?

We will schedule weekly one-on-one meetings between you and your manager. In addition, will schedule probationary meetings (Week 1 – First probationary meeting, Week 4 – Probation Review One, Week 6 – Probation Review Two, Week 7/8 – Discuss feedback, Week 11 – Probation Final Evaluation) to discuss progress and feedback from both parties. Managers should ensure that you receive the support, tools, and assistance necessary for a successful onboarding process. You can contact HR if you have questions or concerns about your progress.

How will I know If I successfully completed probation?

You will be called by HR team and informed about your probation result and here 3 case will happen like passed, extended or failed.

If passed: Congratulation, you are not full time team member

If extended: Your manager will schedule a meeting to inform you on the reasons.

If failed: You will me informed in HR meeting and your manage will explain you reasons which will be followed up with official letter.
