- This SOP should be followed by HR and Project Manager
- When Sales team approach, have to react immediately and have to submit report in 24 hours.
- Before start of any project, make sure proper time spent on it and proper analysis should be done on it.
- Have to receive advance payment before start of any project
- Project Manager divide project in milestone and its related percentage with timeline.
- Sales team will send milestone to client with payment details
- On approval of project have to create design and have to take approval from client and only after approval have to start development (this rules can be compromised as per client’s requirement.) However, if for full project not able to follow this rules then at least have to follow for each section or module.
- Assign Proper resources with concern of Management
- Project execution should be done milestone wise and never start next milestone before approval of previous milestone
- Send weekly update to client and management about project progress.
- Send weekly update of project to management
- On completion of the project, send a detail report to management.
- Project of the Year award at end of year.
- For All team members, need to daily send update to your co-ordinator or Project Manager
