If any existing employee refer any candidate and candidate is selected and completed probation period then referral can get below mention bonus.
- Fresher Position = Nil
- Junior Position = Rs. 5000
- Senior Position = Rs. 10000
- Lead Position = Rs. 15000
- Manager Position = Rs. 20000
Note:- The referral bonus will be paid only after the referred employee completes probation and becomes permanent. No payout if they leave or are terminated before confirmation.
